B90 Days- Week 1

Well, week one of Bible in 90 Days is officially finished. This week, we read through all of Genesis and all of Exodus. Genesis is pretty common to me, as well as most of Exodus. Probably because when I try to start reading through the Bible, I get through these first two books and then stop. Or the fact that I read random verses from Genesis all the time.

Reading through the Bible in 90 Days isn't an easy task. But it's definitely worth it. As I read through it every day (sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the evening), it helps to get my day going, or ending.

I prefer to read in the morning. It really jump-starts my day. It's a great way to start off the day, but it doesn't always work out that I get the chance to read it before the morning routine starts.

If you've never read through the entire Bible, I totally recommend it. I've done it twice now (once in a year, the other time in 90 Days). Both times the journey has brought me closer to the Lord.

Bible in 90 Days

So I am taking the journey AGAIN to read through the Bible in 90 Days! I've done this one other time before and absolutely loved it!

I am a mentor this time around - meaning that I have a group of readers that I need to keep accountable, and ask me things, and such.

I'm really excited to start reading again! Tomorrow the reading starts - the first week we read Genesis 1-Exodus 40. That's a lot of reading for one week, but the Bible in 90 Days program brought me closer to God last time I went through it, so I can't wait to see what He does in my life this time!

Bible in 90 Days

Starting January 3rd, 2010, I am participating in reading through the Bible in 90 Days with Mom's Toolbox. I have done this once before - although I have read through the entire Bible twice so far and can't wait to do it again.

I really enjoyed doing the Bible in 90 Days Challenge so this time I am helping to mentor a group of people who are doing the Bible in 90 Days for the first time.

I am hoping to check back in here on my blog and let my readers know how I am doing with this challenge. Last time, I didn't blog about it, so this time I am going to try my best to tell you all how I am doing.

It'll also give me something to blog about and you all know I need something to write about, huh? I can't seem to be consistent about my posting so hopefully this will help to get me blogging again.
